About The Owner

Upon completing a four-year apprenticeship, Patrick was one of two students inducted into the National Technical Honors Society. Continuing in his field as a journeyman electrician and later becoming a licensed electrician, the desire grew to start a business that satisfied the most common concerns of customers. After 13 years of experience working in the electrical contracting business, he started his own business in 2015. For 6 years, he successfully achieved his goal of providing safety, quality workmanship, and reliability to his customers. After relocating to Palm Harbor, Patrick opened SafeCircuit Electric & Lighting LLC in order to bring the same benefits to the area. SafeCircuit Electric & Lighting is (Florida Unlimited Electrical) Licensed to provide residential and commercial services with over 20 years of experience in the field. Our service areas include Palm Harbor, East Lake, Dunedin, Tarpon Springs, Oldsmar, and Safety Harbor.

- Trade : Electrical License #EC13011168 –A Florida Certified Electrical Contractor is allowed to conduct business in the electrical trade field anywhere in the state of Florida. This license is granted after passing an examination and proving experience requirements that demonstate the knowledge to install, repair, alter, or design electrical wiring, fixtures, appliances, apparatus, and conduit, including electrical installations within all specialty categories. An Electrical Contractor License in FL is the highest level of Electrical License in the State. It is commonly referred to as a Master Electrician License or a Flordia unlimited electrical license.

- IAEI Certification: Electrical Inspector #25957824 –The National Certification Program for Construction Electrical Code Inspectors is designed to assess competency in technical code knowledge of a code inspector or plan reviewer. The program consists of an examination and a set of re-certification continuing education requirements that must be completed within a three year period prior to initial certification.
- OSHA 30 Certification: Occupational Safety and Health Administration –The OSHA 30 Construction and Health certification is awarded after successfully completing a 30 hour training program developed by the OSHA training institute. The course is a comprehensive safety program specifically devised for safety directors, field supervisors, and foremen to provide complete information on safety compliance issues.

To become a Home Depot authorized service provider, the professional must agree to their screening and verification process. The process includes a periodic background check and verification of required state and local licenses and insurance.

An initial background screening is required as part of the onboarding process for the company’s principal and personnel and is repeated every two years. Home Depot conducts criminal background checks every six months for every badged individual.
